Fox Law obtains $1.315 Million Settlement for a Woman Injured in a Motor Vehicle Collision

Our client was a passenger in an SUV that was struck on the side by a truck that rolled through a stop sign. The police report allocated 100% fault to the driver of the truck. Unfortunately, the driver of the truck that rolled the stop sign had a minimum, $15,000 insurance policy. Fox Law was retained a few days after the collision and immediately tracked down the SUV our client was in at the time of the collision. That day, we were able to stop a salvage auction and preserve the SUV. After analyzing the SUV’s Event Data Recorder or “Black Box” we were able to show that the driver of the SUV was speeding and also at fault for the collision. This lead to a total settlement of $1.315 million for a deserving client.
