On November 2, 2021, Fox Law reached a jury verdict in San Bernardino Superior Court for $7,433,369.74 on behalf of our deserving client. The judgment will likely be over $9M after post-judgment costs and interests are added in. On July 21, 2018, our client was paragliding in San Bernardino while another paraglider was flying in an unsafe manner. The defendant paraglider collided into our client and caused him to fall approximately 75 feet to the ground. He required a multi-level spinal fusion surgery, but is thankfully still able to work, walk, and hike. The highest defense offer was $220,000 and they refused attempts to settle within the insurance policy limits. We are extremely pleased that the jury reached this righteous and fair result that will help our client and his family moving forward.
