October, 2015: Dave Fox, Esq of Fox Law APC was recently nominated by the San Diego Plaintiffs’ Bar as an Outstanding Trial Lawyer. This award stemmed from a great jury verdict and $1.1 million judgment he received for his client. The client was crossing the street outside of a crosswalk, got hit by a car, and suffered a broken ankle.
November, 2015: In addition, Dave Fox, Esq. more recently earned a Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of San Diego School of Law where he obtained his law degree. Last week, the University of San Diego School of Law recognized Dave as a Distinguished Alumni for his contributions to the profession and his law school. Dave has taught trial practice at the law school and continues to stay involved with the students, professors, and the administration. Next to Dave are fellow recipients Mike Weaver, Hon Louisa S. Porter (Ret.) and Dean Stephen Ferrulo.
