A Border Patrol agent responded to a minor traffic incident on a highway. He parked his car in the middle of the road behind a blind corner, rather than on the side of the road, and caused vehicles behind him to stop short. One motorcyclist crashed and tragically died at the scene. The Border Patrol denied any wrongdoing for years and blamed the motorcyclist for racing.
